How to get help, what to include when you write to us, and answers to the questions we are asked most often.

How to Reach Support

Write to support@valebrund.com, or use the message form on the contact page. We normally respond within 24 to 48 business hours.

What to Include in a Report

Support requests should include a clear description of the issue together with any relevant information that may help identify and resolve the problem. The more of the following you can give us, the faster we can help:

Common Questions

The website will not load correctly
Reload the page first, then try a private window or a different browser. If the problem persists, tell us the page address, your browser and what you see, and we will look into it.
Where is the download?
There is no download yet. The client patch and the download link are published on the download page at open beta, and every step is recorded on the news page.
When does the server open?
The grand opening date is announced soon. Closed beta and open beta both run before launch, and every date is published on this website once it is confirmed.
Does support cost anything?
No. Valebrund is free to play, this website sells nothing and accepts no payments, and support is free.
I have not had a reply
We aim to respond to legitimate enquiries as promptly as reasonably possible, normally within 24 to 48 business hours. If more time than that has passed, check your spam folder and then write to us again.
How do I report a bug?
Send it to support@valebrund.com with the details listed above. Bug reports from players are one of the most useful things we receive.
Is this an official Lineage II service?
No. Valebrund is an independent fan-operated project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by NCSOFT Corporation. See the disclaimer.

What We Cannot Help With

We can only help with matters relating to Valebrund and this website. We cannot assist with the official Lineage II service, with accounts held elsewhere, or with software we did not publish.
